1. Octopot 3 Gallon Grow System Benefits
Using Octopot’s 3 Gallon Grow System saves time and protects plants by avoiding labor intensive transplanting and eliminating the risk of transplant shock.
Octopot’s Gro Sleeve® and Hydro Wick® function interchangeably in both the 3 Gallon and the 6 Gallon Grow Systems. When plants outgrow the veg stage simply remove the Gro Sleeve® with plant and place it in Octopot’s 6 Gallon Grow System to continue growing.
Octopot’s 3 Gallon Grow System fits closer together under a standard indoor light fixture so no light is wasted, and power costs are reduced. Octopot’s Gallon Grow System provides water to smaller plants for 10+ days. Great for perpetual gardens!
*Octopot does not recommend growing plants to maturity in the 3 Gallon Grow System unless space is severely limited. Expect frequent watering schedules for plants grown to maturity in the 3 Gallon Grow Systems.

5. Octopot Gro Sleeve ® Benefits
How is a Gro Sleeve® different than other fabric pots or grow bags?
Octopot’s Gro Sleeve is made from woven fiber instead of felt like non-woven fiber used by other fabric grow bag manufacturers.
Octopot’s woven fiber does not wick water and stays dry preventing the growth of molds and algae.
Octopot’s Gro Sleeve is constructed and designed to be open on the bottom so plant roots have unrestricted access to the Hydro Reservoir where they develop a secondary hydroponic root zone.
Using Octopot Grow Systems instead of fabric pots protects plant roots from growing into the ground where they can be exposed to soil borne diseases or toxic chemicals.
Using Octopot Grow Systems is cleaner because water and fertilizer or nutrients do not wash out the bottom.
