5  If a pregnancy comes into term a pregnant women in a community may go to a RHU (Rural Health Unit) for her delivery. Also available in the RHU is the Prenatal Check-up. If the position of the baby is Breech which means the buttock or legs are the presenting part this time the pregnant women is referred to a Secondary Care which they can manage this situation.

6  There are many reasons a pregnant women will be refer to a secondary facilities from a primary facilities (RHU) like; increased blood, a multipara, 34 years old primester and 18years old below primester.
