3 Final Question Fact: Incentive bonuses work in many industries. They have not been adequately tested in public schools. 3.Do you think bonuses based on more than state average growth would work for teachers? A.Yes B.No

20 Growth Measures: Grade Level Qualification: At least 1 SE of growth across all students at a grade level. PBCS: 15 of 42 grade levels Non-PBCS: 4 of 42 grade levels
