Example: Right after the lunch rush on Mondays the barrel #2 fill switch fails to enable and results in an error message and the need for a manual reset. Bad example: The fill switch fails Please submit the 4D to the people listed in this section of the document for proper tracking. There is a tab for pictures. Please if at all possible request a picture of the issue. “A picture is worth 1000 words.”
