3. Business - the independent initiative, on own risk, activity on production, performance of works, rendering of services and employment by trade for the purpose of profit reception.

4. Subjects of business can be: - citizens and legal bodies of all patterns of ownership. Subjects who cannot be engaged enterprise activity: - Military men; - Officials of bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor, court, the agencies of state security, internal affairs, the governments and managements which carry out control over activity of the enterprises; - Persons whom the court has forbidden to carry on business.

6. Business is forbidden - On manufacturing and realisation of narcotics, the weapon and explosives; - On manufacturing of securities, bank notes and pawn operations.

7. Business under licences stands out: - Repair of sports, hunting or other weapon - Manufacturing and realisation of medicines and chemical substances; - Manufacturing of beer or wine; - Medical practice; - Veterinary practice; - Legal practice; - Creation and the maintenance of gambling institutions and the organisation of gamblings; - Trade in alcoholic drinks.

8. Business conditions is: - The state registration of businessmen; - Responsibility of subjects of enterprise activity; - The termination of enterprise activity;

9. The state registration: for this purpose it is necessary in executive committee following documents move; - The statement of the businessman; - The decision of the founder; - The charter; - Other documents.

10. Responsibility of the businessman: - Not to cause a damage to environment; - Not to break the rights protected by the law and interests of citizens;

11. The termination of enterprise activity for following reasons: - Under own initiative of the businessman; - On the basis of a judgement; - The licence expiry of the term; - Bankruptcy; - Other reasons provided by acts of Uzbekistan.

12. Business principles: - A free choice of kinds of enterprise activity; - Independent formation of the program of business; - Free employment of workers; - The free order profit after payment of the payments provided by the legislation; - Independent realisation of external economic activities.

13. Economic bases of development of business on Uzbekistan it is regulated: - Laws on the property; - About the enterprises; - About cooperation; - About economic.

14. Economic basis of business is: - Variety of patterns of ownership and the state support of enterprise activity. The state of Uzbekistan supports businesses in following directions: - Guarantees to all businessmen the equal rights and possibilities irrespective of the elite them of forms of enterprise activity; - Guarantees not прикосновенность property and provides protection of the property right to businessmen;

15. Support of business by granting of the ground areas, the state property, information service, preparation and retraining of personnel, granting of credits;

16. - Regulates business by legislative maintenance of freedom of a competition of businessmen through tax and financially – the credit policy, through scientific and technical, economic and social programs, through system of the state reserves, licences, social and economic norms and specifications, through the state contracts on performance of works.
