2 Job description Architectural engineers often work on-site with other Engineers, Architects and Construction workers to perform or create their designated project.

3 Required training: Must have.. Must complete academic and professional requirements to become fully licensed. Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program. Must pass two exams to gain the required work experience to become a licensed professional.

4 Skills and characteristics Strong drawing/sketching/drafting skills. Excellent sense of design. Ability to visualize a project. Passion for the work. Collaboration skills. Good problem solving skills.
