Wayne Harrod has requested that: –At his expense, he be allowed to place a Commemorative monument in front of the building stating: “THIS PROPERTY WAS DONATED BY WAYNE HARROD AND DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF HIS SON, MICHAEL DEREK HARROD, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FARM WORKERS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA.” –That the building be named for his son, Michael Derek Harrod R.
