2. Scenario Down East Spud Buster is a cooperative conglomerate of potato growers in Eastern Canada and Northern Maine. Involved in collection, processing and distribution of potatoes and potato products. In company potatoes were washed weighed and graded, bagged and distributed.

3. Strategic Plans of the Company In first phase: Company built large manufacturing plant. Now company is looking forward to use divisional organizational structure. The corporate group figures that it can triple sales revenue from existing yield of potatoes.
