Again, take note of the verbs: what is the difference between “explaining” and “listing/identifying?” Explaining involves causal relationships or patterns between two concepts/events/phenomena/etc.

NO PARTIAL CREDIT FOR ANYTHING LESS! Part (b) = maximum of 2 points; 1 point awarded for a generalization; 2 points awarded for a specific explanation of how/why/etc. that link exists.
