3 E-BUSINESS E-COMMERCE  E-business is the super set of e-commerce.  It is a broader term.  It includes marketing, procurement of raw material, customer education.  It is bring & retain customers and educate them online.  E-commerce is subset of e- business.  It is a narrower term.  It is completed over computer- meditated network that involves transfer of ownership.  It is to sell online.

4 E-BUSINESSE-COMMERCE  It covers internal processes such as production, inventory management.  It can work for any business it involves the whole business cycle from production, procurement, marketing.  These strategies are more complex as focuses on internal processes.  It bears high risk of failure.  It is a process covering outward processes that touches customers, suppliers.  It branches into two major parts: online purchasing and online shopping.  These strategies are part of e- business strategy.  It bears comparatively low risk.
