BUY AMERICA CERTIFICATION Companies are required to show compliance with Buy America before payment can be made. Buy America Certification Mill Tests Minimal Use Certification Company certifies that <$2500 of foreign steel was used on the project.

BUY AMERICA CERTIFICATION I certify that all materials used on this project will meet the requirements of 23 CFR 635.410 Buy America and any amendments thereto. Any waivers to this requirement that have been approved by the FHWA are attached to this certification. MINIMAL USE CERTIFICATION I certify that a minimal amount of foreign steel and iron materials will be used on this project. The cost of such materials does not exceed one-tenth of one percent (0.1 percent) of the total contract cost or $2,500, whichever is greater. All other materials used on this project will meet the requirements of 23 CFR 635.410 Buy America and any amendments thereto. Any waivers to this requirement that have been approved by the FHWA are attached to this certification.
