To give the student the competence til reflect (A. Giddens) in relation to own classroom practice and in colaboarion with other subjetcs and collegues. 10

11 Structure – three tracks Teaching in collegues classes – 485 hours (i.e. about 1/3). Observing in the beginning and later on taking more and more over. Teaching in own classes - Ca. 565 hours (i.e. about 1/3) Educational theory – 485 hours (i.e. about 1/3) 23 days seminars + preparation. 11

12 Teaching in collegues classes Supervising: Between apprenticeship and coaching Less guiding and more supporting and coaching The collegue has (maybe) received 1 day’s instructions in being a supervisor 12

13 Teaching i own classes Usually 2 classes. One in each subject. Applying the theory and reseach on own classroom practice. Trial and error! 13
