What do you think Abigail Adams meant when she wrote “…we are determined to foment a Rebellion, and will not hold ourselves bound by any Laws in which we have not a voice, or representation.”. Knowing what you know now, where the British wrong to try to get the American Colonists to pay what they felt was their fair share?
