1. حزقيال
Ezekiel

2. فقال لي يا ابن ادم قم على قدميك فاتكلم معك
فقال لي يا ابن ادم قم على قدميك فاتكلم معك. فدخل في روح لما تكلم معي و اقامني على قدمي فسمعت المتكلم معي. و قال لي يا ابن ادم انا مرسلك الى بني اسرائيل الى امة متمردة قد تمردت علي هم و اباؤهم عصوا علي الى ذات هذا اليوم.
This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And I saw and fell upon my face, and heard the voice of one speaking: and he said to me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak to thee. And the Spirit came upon me, and took me up, and raised me, and set me on my feet: and I heard him speaking to me. And he said to me, Son of Man, I send thee forth to the house of Israel, them that provoke me; who have provoked me, they and their fathers to this day.

3. و البنون القساة الوجوه و الصلاب القلوب انا مرسلك اليهم فتقول لهم هكذا قال السيد الرب. و هم ان سمعوا و ان امتنعوا لانهم بيت متمرد فانهم يعلمون ان نبيا كان بينهم. اما انت يا ابن ادم فلا تخف منهم و من كلامهم لا تخف لانهم قريس و سلاء لديك و انت ساكن بين العقارب من كلامهم لا تخف و من وجوههم لا ترتعب لانهم بيت متمرد.
And thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord. Whether then indeed they shall hear or fear, (for it is a provoking house,) yet they shall know that thou art a prophet in the midst of them. And thou, son of man, fear them not, nor be dismayed at their face; (for they will madden and will rise up against thee round about, and thou dwellest in the midst of scorpions): be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their countenance, for it is a provoking house.

4. و تتكلم معهم بكلامي ان سمعوا و ان امتنعوا لانهم متمردون
و تتكلم معهم بكلامي ان سمعوا و ان امتنعوا لانهم متمردون. و انت يا ابن ادم فاسمع ما انا مكلمك به لا تكن متمردا كالبيت المتمرد افتح فمك و كل ما انا معطيكه. فنظرت و اذا بيد ممدودة الي و اذا بدرج سفر فيها. فنشره امامي و هو مكتوب من داخل و من قفاه و كتب فيه مراث و نحيب و ويل (حز 2 : 1 – 10)
And thou shalt speak my words to them, whether they will hear or fear: for it is a provoking house. And thou, son of man, hear him that speaks to thee; be not thou provoking, as the provoking house: open thy mouth, and eat what I give thee. And I looked, and behold, a hand stretched out to me, and in it a volume of a book. And he unrolled it before me: and in it the front and the back were written upon: and there was written in it Lamentation, and mournful song, and woe(Eze2:1–8)

5. فقال لي يا ابن ادم كل ما تجده كل هذا الدرج و اذهب كلم بيت اسرائيل
فقال لي يا ابن ادم كل ما تجده كل هذا الدرج و اذهب كلم بيت اسرائيل. ففتحت فمي فاطعمني ذلك الدرج. و قال لي يا ابن ادم اطعم بطنك واملا جوفك من هذا الدرج الذي انا معطيكه فاكلته فصار في فمي كالعسل حلاوة. فقال لي يا ابن ادم اذهب امض الى بيت اسرائيل و كلمهم بكلامي. (حز 3 : 1 – 4)
And he said to me, Son of Man, eat this volume, and go and speak to the children of Israel.
So he opened my mouth, and caused me to eat the volume. And he said to me, Son of man, thy mouth shall eat, and thy belly shall be filled with this volume that is given to thee. So I ate it; and it was in my mouth as sweet as honey. And he said to me, Son of man, go thy way, and go in to the house of Israel, and speak my words to them. (Eze 3 : 1 – 4)

6. يا ابن ادم قد جعلتك رقيبا لبيت اسرائيل فاسمع الكلمة من فمي و انذرهم من قبلي. اذا قلت للشرير موتا تموت و ما انذرته انت و لا تكلمت انذارا للشرير من طريقه الرديئة لاحيائه فذلك الشرير يموت باثمه اما دمه فمن يدك اطلبه. و ان انذرت انت الشرير و لم يرجع عن شره
I have made thee a watchman to the house of Israel; and thou shalt hear a word of my mouth, and shalt threaten them from me. When I say to the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou hast not warned him, to give warning to the wicked, to turn from his ways, that he should live; that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thy hand. But if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness,

7. و لا عن طريقه الرديئة فانه يموت باثمه اما انت فقد نجيت نفسك
و لا عن طريقه الرديئة فانه يموت باثمه اما انت فقد نجيت نفسك. و البار ان رجع عن بره و عمل اثما و جعلت معثرة امامه فانه يموت لانك لم تنذره يموت في خطيته و لا يذكر بره الذي عمله
and from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, and thou shalt deliver thy soul. And when the righteous turns away from his righteousness, and commits a trespass, and I shall bring punishment before him, he shall die, because thou didst not warn him: he shall even die in his sins, because his righteousness shall not be remembered;

8. اما دمه فمن يدك اطلبه. و ان انذرت انت البار من ان يخطئ البار و هو لم يخطئ فانه حياة يحيا لانه انذر و انت تكون قد نجيت نفسك. و كانت يد الرب علي هناك و قال لي قم اخرج الى البقعة و هناك اكلمك. فقمت و خرجت الى البقعة و اذا بمجد الرب واقف هناك كالمجد الذي رايته
but his blood will I require at thine hand. But if thou warn the righteous not to sin, and he sin not, the righteous shall surely live, because thou hast warned him; and thou shalt deliver thine own soul. And the hand of the Lordcame upon me; and he said to me, Arise, and go forth into the plain, and there shalt thou be spoken to. And I arose, and went forth to the plain: and, behold, the glory of the Lord stood there, according to the vision, and according to the glory of the Lord, which I saw

9. عند نهر خابور فخررت على وجهي
عند نهر خابور فخررت على وجهي. فدخل في روح و اقامني على قدمي ثم كلمني و قال لي اذهب اغلق على نفسك في وسط بيتك. و انت يا ابن ادم فها هم يضعون عليك ربطا و يقيدونك بها فلا تخرج في وسطهم. و الصق لسانك بحنكك فتبكم و لا تكون لهم
by the river of Chobar: and I fell on my face. Then the Spirit came upon me, and set me on my feet, and spoke to me, and said to me, Go in, and shut thyself up in the midst of thine house. And thou, son of man, behold, bonds are prepared for thee, and they shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not come forth of the midst of them. Also I will bind thy tongue, and thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them

10. رجلا موبخا لانهم بيت متمرد
رجلا موبخا لانهم بيت متمرد. فاذا كلمتك افتح فمك فتقول لهم هكذا قال السيد الرب من يسمع فليسمع و من يمتنع فليمتنع لانهم بيت متمرد
(حز 3 : 17 – 27)
a reprover: because it is a provoking house. But when I speak to thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord, He that hears, let him hear; and he that is disobedient, let him be disobedient: because it is a provoking house. (Eze 3 : 17 – 27)

11. و كانت الي كلمة الرب قائلة. يا ابن ادم عرف اورشليم برجاساتها
و كانت الي كلمة الرب قائلة. يا ابن ادم عرف اورشليم برجاساتها. و قل هكذا قال السيد الرب لاورشليم مخرجك و مولدك من ارض كنعان ابوك اموري و امك حثية. اما ميلادك يوم ولدت فلم تقطع سرتك و لم تغسلي بالماء للتنظف و لم تملحي تمليحا و لم تقمطي تقميطا.
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, testify to Jerusalem of her iniquities; and thou shalt say, Thus saith the Lord to Jerusalem; Thy root and thy birth are of the land of Chanaan: thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother a Chettite. And as for thy birth in the day wherein thou wast born, thou didst not bind thy breasts, and thou wast not
washed in water, neither wast thou salted with salt, neither wast thou swathed in swaddlingbands.

12. لم تشفق عليك عين لتصنع لك واحدة من هذه لترق لك بل طرحت على وجه الحقل بكراهة نفسك يوم ولدت. فمررت بك ورايتك مدوسة بدمك فقلت لك بدمك عيشي قلت لك بدمك عيشي. جعلتك ربوة كنبات الحقل فربوت وكبرت وبلغت زينة الازيان نهد ثدياك ونبت شعرك وقد كنت عريانة وعارية.
Nor did mine eye pity thee, to do for thee one of all these things, to feel at all for thee; but thou wast cast out on the face of the field, because of the deformity of thy person, in the day wherein thou wast born. And I passed by to thee, and saw thee polluted in thy blood; and I said to thee, Let there be life out of thy blood: increase; I have made thee as the springing grass of the field. So thou didst increase and grow, and didst enter into great cities: thy breasts were set, and thy hair grew, whereas thou wast naked and bare.

13. فمررت بك و رايتك و اذا زمنك زمن الحب فبسطت ذيلي عليك و سترت عورتك و حلفت لك و دخلت معك في عهد يقول السيد الرب فصرت لي. فحممتك بالماء و غسلت عنك دماءك و مسحتك بالزيت. و البستك مطرزة و نعلتك بالتخس و ازرتك بالكتان و كسوتك بزا. (حز 16 : )
And I passed by thee and saw thee, and, behold, it was thy time and a time of resting; and I spread my wings over thee, and covered thy shame, and swear to thee: and I entered into covenant with thee, saith the Lord, and thou becamest mine. And I washed thee in water, and washed thy blood from thee, and anointed thee with oil. And I clothed thee with embroidered garments, and clothed thee beneath with purple, and girded thee with fine linen, and clothed thee with silk (Eze 16 : 1 – 10)

14. و لكني اذكر عهدي معك في ايام صباك و اقيم لك عهدا ابديا
و لكني اذكر عهدي معك في ايام صباك و اقيم لك عهدا ابديا. فتتذكرين طرقك و تخجلين اذ تقبلين اخواتك الكبر و الصغر و اجعلهن لك بنات ولكن لا بعهدك.
And I will remember my covenant made with thee in the days of thine infancy, and I will establish to thee an everlasting covenant. Then thou shalt remember thy way, and shalt be utterly dishonoured when thou receivest thine elder sisters with thy younger ones: and I will give them to thee for building up, but not by thy covenant.

15. و انا اقيم عهدي معك فتعلمين اني انا الرب
و انا اقيم عهدي معك فتعلمين اني انا الرب. لكي تتذكري فتخزي و لا تفتحي فاك بعد بسبب خزيك حين اغفر لك كل ما فعلت يقول السيد الرب (حز 16 : )
And I will establish my covenant with thee; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord: that thou mayest remember, and be ashamed, and mayest no more be able to open thy mouth for thy shame, when I am reconciled to thee for all that thou hast done, saith the Lord. (Eze 16 : )

16. و كان الي كلام الرب قائلا
و كان الي كلام الرب قائلا. يا ابن ادم تنبا على رعاة اسرائيل تنبا و قل لهم هكذا قال السيد الرب للرعاة ويل لرعاة اسرائيل الذين كانوا يرعون انفسهم الا يرعى الرعاة الغنم. تاكلون الشحم و تلبسون الصوف و تذبحون السمين و لا ترعون الغنم. المريض لم تقووه و المجروح
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to the shepherds, Thus saith the Lord God; O shepherds of Israel, do shepherds feed themselves? do not the shepherds feed the sheep? Behold, ye feed on the milk, and clothe yourselves with the wool, and slay the fat: but ye feed not my sheep. The weak one ye have not strengthened, and the sick

17. لم تعصبوه و المكسور لم تجبروه و المطرود لم تستردوه و الضال لم تطلبوه بل بشدة و بعنف تسلطتم عليهم. فتشتتت بلا راع و صارت ماكلا لجميع وحوش الحقل و تشتتت. (حز 34 : 1 - 5)
ye have not cherished, and the bruised ye have not bound up, and the stray one ye have not
turned back, and the lost ye have not sought; and the strong ye have wearied with labour. And my sheep were scattered, because there were no shepherds: and they became meat to all the wild beasts of the field. (Eze 34 : 1 – 5)

18. لانه هكذا قال السيد الرب هانذا اسال عن غنمي و افتقدها
لانه هكذا قال السيد الرب هانذا اسال عن غنمي و افتقدها. كما يفتقد الراعي قطيعه يوم يكون في وسط غنمه المشتتة هكذا افتقد غنمي و اخلصها من جميع الاماكن التي تشتتت اليها في يوم الغيم و الضباب. و اخرجها من الشعوب واجمعها من الاراضي و اتي بها الى ارضها
For thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will seek out my sheep, and will visit them. As the shepherd seeks his flock, in the day when there is darkness and cloud, in the midst of the sheep that are separated: so will I seek out my sheep, and will bring them back from every place where they were scattered in the day of cloud and darkness. And I will bring them out from the Gentiles, and will gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land,

19. وارعاها على جبال اسرائيل و في الاودية و في جميع مساكن الارض
وارعاها على جبال اسرائيل و في الاودية و في جميع مساكن الارض. ارعاها في مرعى جيد و يكون مراحها على جبال اسرائيل العالية هنالك تربض في مراح حسن و في مرعى دسم يرعون على جبال اسرائيل. انا ارعى غنمي و اربضها يقول السيد الرب.
and will feed them upon the mountains of Israel, and in the valleys, and in every inhabited place of the land. I will feed them in a good pasture, on a high mountain of Israel: and their folds shall be there, and they shall lie down, and there shall they rest in perfect prosperity, and they shall feed in a fat pasture on the mountains of Israel. I will feed my sheep, and I will cause them to rest; and they shall know that I am the Lord: thus saith the Lord God.

20. و اطلب الضال و استرد المطرود و اجبر الكسير و اعصب الجريح و ابيد السمين و القوي و ارعاها بعدل. و انتم يا غنمي فهكذا قال السيد الرب هانذا احكم بين شاة و شاة بين كباش و تيوس. (حز 34 : )
I will seek that which is lost, and I will recover the stray one, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen the fainting, and will guard the strong, and will feed them with Judgment. And as for you, ye sheep, thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will distinguish between sheep and sheep, between rams and he-goats. (Eze 34 : )

21. كانت علي يد الرب فاخرجني بروح الرب و انزلني في وسط البقعة و هي ملانة عظاما. و امرني عليها من حولها و اذا هي كثيرة جدا على وجه البقعة و اذا هي يابسة جدا. فقال لي يا ابن ادم اتحيا هذه العظام فقلت يا سيد الرب انت تعلم. فقال لي تنبا على هذه العظام
And the hand of the Lord came upon me, and the Lord brought me forth by the Spirit, and set me in the midst of the plain, and it was full of human bones. And he led me round about them every way: and, behold, there were very many on the face of the plain, very dry. And he said to me, Son of man, will these bones live? and I said, O Lord God, thou knowest this. And he said to me, Prophesy upon these bones,

22. وقل لها ايتها العظام اليابسة اسمعي كلمة الرب
وقل لها ايتها العظام اليابسة اسمعي كلمة الرب. هكذا قال السيد الرب لهذه العظام هانذا ادخل فيكم روحا فتحيون. واضع عليكم عصبا واكسيكم لحما وابسط عليكم جلدا و اجعل فيكم روحا فتحيون وتعلمون اني انا الرب. فتنبات كما امرت وبينما انا اتنبا كان صوت
and thou shalt say to them, Ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Thus saith the Lord to these bones; Behold, I will bring upon you the breath of life: and I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and will spread skin upon you, and will put my Spirit into you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord. So I prophesied as the Lord commanded me: and it came to pass while I was prophesying, that, behold,

23. واذا رعش فتقاربت العظام كل عظم الى عظمه
واذا رعش فتقاربت العظام كل عظم الى عظمه. و نظرت و اذا بالعصب و اللحم كساها و بسط الجلد عليها من فوق و ليس فيها روح. فقال لي تنبا للروح تنبا يا ابن ادم و قل للروح هكذا قال السيد الرب هلم يا روح من الرياح الاربع و هب على هؤلاء القتلى ليحيوا.
there was a shaking, and the bones approached each one to his joint. And I looked, and behold, sinews and flesh grew upon them, and skin came upon them above: but there was not breath in them. And he said to me, Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord; Come from the four winds, and breathe upon these dead men, and let them live.

24. فتنبات كما امرني فدخل فيهم الروح فحيوا و قاموا على اقدامهم جيش عظيم جدا جدا. (حز 37 : 1 - 10)
So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath entered into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, a very great congregation.
(Eze 37 : )
