13. The original budget for this project was $410,657.00. Per City Council policy, the Disaster Reserve Fund may be applied toward infrastructure failures. Therefore, staff recommends that the remaining balance for this project be paid from the Disaster Reserve Fund. If there are savings from the Fiscal Year 2016 Stormwater budget, those funds will be used to replenish the Disaster Reserve Fund. Funding Source?
