8 WORKS TO DATE Survey from Pukatja to Umuwa completed December 2014 Survey from Umuwa to Fregon completed August 2015 Crushing Pukatja and Chandler Pits 90,000T completed September 2015 Pukajta Airstrip Access Road Construction of 4km completed August 2015 Main Access Road from Indulkana to Stuart Highway 7km commenced September 2015 Crushing of 450,000T for Pukatja to Umuwa section currently on call. Tender closes 8 October 2015.

9 PROCUREMENT Pukajta to Umuwa Construction Tender Call (~43km) – Oct 2015 - $15-20m Umuwa to Indulkana Construction Tender Call (~160km) – April 2016 - $50-60m To be constructed in 3 stages Umuwa to Ronalds Bore (~70km) Ronalds Bore to Ammaroodinna (~50km) Ammaroodinna to Indulkana (~40km) Material Raising and crushing to be called in 3 contracts with the following anticipated Tender Call dates. Umuwa to Ronalds Bore (~450,000T) – January 2016 Ronalds Bore to Ammaroodinna (~400,000T) – October 2016 Ammaroodinna to Indulkana (~250,000T) – October 2017 There will be other smaller contracts called for activites such as turkey nest dam construction and survey works.

10 EMPLOYMENT

11 A key to the success of the project will be employment of local Anangu Training placements for local Anangu Commitment to a minimum 30% of total onsite labour hours to be undertaken by local Anangu With contracts we have called to date we are exceeding the 30% target Contract requirements for employment and training of local Anangu Consider ways of maintaining employment for local Anangu Providing pathways for sustainable meaningful employment for local Anangu

12 EMPLOYMENT Adherence to the SA Industry Participation Policy. Employment Contribution test required for contracts <$1m Industry Participation Plan required for contracts >$1m Annual Reporting to the Office of Industry Advocate. Reporting as required in the Workforce Participation Policy Required to meet 15% employment for those with barriers to employment. Reporting on the CITB employment website. DPTI requires frequent reporting on Anangu employment and will have a regular presence on work sites.
