2. Dolphin 5 This fluid heater of Dolphin 5 is capable of producing heated fluids. These fluids are available as two separated products. One; the primary function producing sterilized clean water for human consumption which flows through internally sealed passages providing hot drinking water. Secondly an outer not sealed heating of a volume of water or fluid when the product is submerged, or confined into a jacketed water supply pipe. 3. Heat Exchanger LEarNeR 7© Kit This is the heat exchanger of Dolphin 5. It has been modified at 2b. Cooling passages 2a, 2c, 2eL. & 2eR. Are the same and not modified from the Heat Exchanger 2 of Dolphin 5. 2b. passages of the circular array (b) is the auxiliary method to heat the metal block Heat Exchanger 2 and is meant to be used in conjunction with the existing components named in the Dolphin 5 Provisional Patent Application. 5/7/2012Copyright by Dale G. 4. Reflector Chamber Add part Reflector Chamber for LEarNeR 7 kit. Copper insert made from solid round and honed to fine polish inside diameter. Length 3”, diameter.3125”OD,.1875” ID at present. 5. LEarNeR 7 © 7 elements are present on the 7 Kit. All components of Dolphin 5 were used with the exception of the tubing and pipes. The tubes of 7. and pipes 8. and 9. are replaced with an Inlet Distribution Manifold Retaining Collar on the inlet end and an Outlet Collector Distribution Manifold Retaining Collar at the outlet end. No additional modifications exist. Approximate circular inscribed diameter 5” and 5.5” long. Can be retained inside a 6” diameter shielded pipe. 5/7/2012Copyright by Dale G. Basgall 20125
