Assignments KRA Person Attributes & KFS Person Attributes, and Core Person Attributes (For “KIM-Kuali Identity Management”) Talk to Lori/Kathleen before 8/20 and determine the best way to accomplish this (we think this needs to be a joint group) –Take fields that are common, use common terminology –Normalize the 2 (try to affect the least disruption possible to terminology and elements) Internal Organization (KFS=Org Unit; COEUS=Unit & Unit hierarchy) Talk to Lori/Kathleen before 8/20 and determine the best way to accomplish this Further work on Budget: Ask KRA Budget SME group to discuss integration points Talk to Lori about the best way to accomplish this. Need for multiple addresses for an instance of a person or organization is global, and/or the need to use cross module instances of an address. Various tables that support address (STATE and COUNTRY) KRA/KFS Glossary: Integration Team Work Flow Integration between the 2 products (Talk to Lori/Kathleen. Lora suggests assigning to SME groups in KRA, may need to join w/KFS SME groups for understanding) Subcontracts: There is both data and process integration required related to invoices.
