3 Programme Introduction:- An innovative anti bullying programme developed using cutting edge research on bullying and incorporating experiences from previous intervention programmes used around the world. Four key features:- 1.Versatile practical materials 2. Virtual learning environment 3. An emphasis on the responsibility of every pupil in school 4. Holistic approach for staff

4 Why Meriden? Despite all of the great work put into school since September, plus the positive message from HMI in May, we are still in need of a robust teaching programme to support the needs of our children. We need a strong, visual message to support parents also. Having rolled out Peer Mediators, this will also support the lunchtime supervisors in tackling incidents and identifying genuine cases of bullying from the usual playground fall outs.
