3 Objectives Understand challenges encountered by a number of community health centers in Texas that implemented IHC models. Be familiar with results from evaluations of a number of community health centers in Texas that implemented IHC models. Apply information shared to current experiences with IHC implementation. Improve evaluation efforts with respect to their own programs.
