Pilot Workgroup Communications Point Of Contact (POC) A Pilot Workgroup member volunteers to be a Communications POC Three major roles of Communications POC : 1.Provides Pilot Workgroup Feedback to ONC. 2.Communicates with other S&I Teams under the Initiative. 3.Facilitates communication within the Pilot Workgroup.

Each Pilot Team identifies their Success Metrics at Pilot Startup and documents in their Pilot Charter/Brief Final Report /Feedback presented to ONC, at the completion of Pilot (including Success Metrics) a. Standards & Interoperability (S&I) Metrics b. Unique Pilot Metrics By Initiative c. Individual Pilot Team Success Criteria and Feedback Create Pilot WG Wiki Page to maintain Initiative-unique Metrics Collect unique Metrics weekly, from each Pilot Team’s Charter/Brief Identify Initiative- unique Pilot Metrics Update Pilot WG Wiki Page weekly with Initiative- unique Metrics Update ONC S&I Metrics Table monthly (Google Doc) Update Pilot Team Success Metrics weekly into Pilot Charter/Brief 1. Pilot Workgroup Feedback To ONC
