1. Use your welcome bulletin board to help your residents get to know each other in the first few weeks… 1. Cover your bulletin board with colorful felt (from fabric store) 2. Make each resident a name tag with Velcro on the back (sticky Velcro can be purchased from a craft store) 3. Change the question & answers twice a week for the first month (EXAMPLES: What’s your major; What’s favorite season; What was your favorite 90s cartoon? See the following pictures
