3. Standard I will be able to determine and analyze how complex characters (For example: The Beast in Beauty & the Beast ) develop over the course of a text, interact with other characters, and advance the plot or develop the theme.

4. English Through ESOL Essential Question: How do authors incorporate sensory and descriptive details in various archetypes to bring experiences? Hot Question: Why are myths created by people? Explain why. What are the effects of myths on our beliefs as a society? Why do people believe and accept these myths?
