7 Exploration: ranking Definition of patience: –Figure out if something is really bad, or you just think it is. –Know when you can change it or not. –Don’t make the situation worse.

8 Think about it… Think about something really bad that happened this week. Could you have changed it? What are ways of making a situation worse? Have you ever done that?

11 Setting Our Kabbalot A small, achievable goal that has to do with the value. Examples: – Slow down when doing chores/assignments. – Practice patience while waiting (deep breathing or imagining). – Write a poem or song about patience. –Listen to a song that makes you feel patient. –Make a list of things that require patience. –Think of times when you are most impatient. Try to focus on being patient before those times happen.
