Come along after school on Tuesday in your PE kit with shin guards and hockey sticks if you have them! Remember if you want to represent the school in tournaments you must attend trainings.

12 Skills for Work – Care at Milton Road Campus and at Granton Campus starting January 2016 Training allowance of £55 per week could be available This might be the ideal course if you are a young person who is thinking about a career in care. The Skills for Work – Care course gives you the opportunity to attend college for 3 days per week for 6 months with a work experience placement supported by our dedicated work placement coordinators. The course includes various units including employability, care units and core skills. You will work in small groups, problem solve, research and gain lots of knowledge and fun along with qualifications! The course will give you the chance to find out what skills, qualities and expectations are required for work. 14 ROSEWELL DEVELOPMENT TRUST Steeplejack Apprenticeship Opportunity with Pendreich Pendreich work on all types of structures at height, carrying out repairs and maintenance, ensuring safety is foremost in the project. Our aim is to recruit and teach up to four apprentices to work at height using conventional tradesman training and within a learning environment. We will endeavour to teach the successful candidates the trade and look at Vocational Qualifications within their training plan whilst utilising our own Accredited Centre training. The candidates will learn the trade of working at height throughout the industry working with Steeplejacks and Lightning Protection Engineers. A current driving licence is desirable, but not essential. The successful applicants will begin training in January 2016.
