4. User Creation options and Theories  New LDAP opportunity, ie: Do not generate/store any user password in CIMS. As someone inputs their EmployeeConnect ID and password – the parameters are passed to Active Directory waiting for an OK to proceed.  New user – create secure password in CIMS, send that password in the nightly file to the network (only for new adds). Have employee use forgot my password in EC … eliminate the pains of communicating userid/passwords to employees Consistent Passwords
