2 2 TARGET POPULATIONS  65% of students at AC under prepared  Low skilled young adults between 16-26 seeking a GED  1 out of 5 economically disadvantaged seniors did not graduate in 2010  60% of students at AC are identified at poverty  Refugees  Amarillo is one of 7 cities designated for refugee resettlement in Texas  Hispanic community  Increased from 15% in 1990 to 28.8% in 2010
