2 Animal Moose feed on leaves and other plants. They eat 50 pounds per day. In the summer a moose's favourite spot is little forest next to a lake. The wolf is a common predator. The moose can weigh up to 1800 pounds and has a height up to 6 feet and also has a length up to 8 feet Moose

3 Animal The Big horn sheep is a large North American species with a brown coat, which turns into a blush-grey in winter It is named from the size of the horns of the ram, which often measure over 1 m/3.3 feet round the curve. Big horn sheep

4 Animal The mountain goat lives in rocky mountain areas. The coat is white and on the chin is a double beard of long hair. The greatest cause of death is is in the winter when they can't get any food. Mountain Goat

7 Animal Pikas are small mammals, related to rabbits. To find a pika, pay close attention when you are walking near a rock pile or boulder field in the mountains.If you hear a high pitched "Eeek!" sit still for a while and you will see this small creature scurry from rock to rock. Pika
