5 Major Attractions One World Trade Center is America's tallest building it stands at 1,776 ft. It includes 69 office floors, restaurants, and an observation deck. Empire state building used to be America's tallest building in the 20 th century. It includes an observation deck, and its undergoing one of the world's fastest elevators. Times Square in New York City is the heart of the theater district, with more than thirty-five nearby theaters. The capital of New York is Albany it includes the Empire State Plaza.
