3  The objective of this study was to assess the correlation between histological and clinical diagnosis in rhinosinusitis, by evaluating the results of histopathological examination of postoperative material from FESS. Clinical diagnosis Histopatho logical diagnosis ?

5  Crossectional retrospective study on 673 cases (2009-2013)  Inclusion criteria: patients with rhinosinusal pathology who underwent FESS and had a histological diagnosis  Histopathological examination: HE and PAS staining Otorhinolaringology Department Morphopathology Department

6 Ethical approval from UMF Targu Mures. Collected data analyzed via Chi-Square test using MedCalc. A p value of less than 0.05 considered significant.
