Text: Thomas Kelly, Setting: CORONAE Tune: William H. Monk,

17 Verse 1: Saints, behold! The sight is glorious-- See the man of sorrows now, From the fight returned victorious! Ev'ry knee to him shall bow. Crown him! Crown him! Crowns become the victor's brow.

18 Verse 2: Crown the Savior! Angels, crown him!
Rich the trophies Jesus brings; On the seat of pow'r enthrone him While the vault of heaven rings. Crown him! Crown him! Crown the Savior King of kings!

Mocking thus the Savior's claim; Saints and angels crowd around him, Proud to glorify his name. Crown him! Crown him! Spread abroad the victor's fame.

Hark, those loud, triumphant chords! Jesus takes the highest station; Oh, what joy beyond all words! Crown him! Crown him! King of kings and Lord of lords!

23 Confession of Sin All: Holy and merciful Father,

32 Crown Him with Many Crowns CW #341 Verses 1-4
Text: Matthew Bridges, (st. 1-2, 4) Godfrey Thring, (st. 3) Setting: DIADEMATA Tune: George J. Elvey,

33 Verse 1: Crown him with many crowns, The Lamb upon his throne; Hark how the heav'nly anthem drowns All music but its own. Awake, my soul, and sing Of him who died for thee, And hail him as thy matchless King Through all eternity.

34 Verse 2: Crown him the Lord of love-- Behold his hands and side, Rich wounds, yet visible above, In beauty glorified. No angel in the sky Can fully bear that sight, But downward bends his wond'ring eye At mysteries so bright.

35 Verse 3: Crown him the Lord of life, Who triumphed o'er the grave
And rose victorious in the strife For those he came to save. His glories now we sing Who died and rose on high, Who died eternal life to bring And lives that death may die.

36 Verse 4: Crown him the Lord of heav'n, Enthroned in worlds above; Crown him the King to whom is giv'n The wondrous name of Love. Crown him with many crowns As thrones before him fall; Crown him, ye kings, with many crowns For he is King of all.

37 “Membership In God’s Kingdom Has Its Privileges!”
Started by the grace of our Triune God Strengthened by the return of our Triumphant King

38 Nicene Creed All: We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen.

39 Nicene Creed All: We believe in one Lord, Jesus
Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten , not made, of one being with the Father.

40 Nicene Creed All: Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation, he came down from heaven, was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary, and became fully human.

41 Nicene Creed All: For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
He suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures.

42 Nicene Creed All: He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.

43 Nicene Creed All: We believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who in unity with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified,

44 Nicene Creed All: who has spoken through the prophets.
We believe in one holy Christian and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.

48 Lord’s Prayer All: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.

who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

50 Lord’s Prayer All: For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
now and forever. Amen

51 The Sacrament Pastor: The Lord be with you.
All (Spoken): And also with you. Pastor: Lift up your hearts. All: We lift them up to the Lord. Pastor: Let us give thanks to the Lord, our God. All: It is right to give him thanks and praise.

52 Seasonal Sentence Pastor:
It is truly good and right that we should at all times and in all places give you thanks, O Lord, holy Father, almighty and everlasting God, through Jesus Christ, our Lord, who preserves His church to the end of time when He will come again as King to judge His people and take His own to glory. Therefore, with all the saints on earth and hosts of heaven, we praise your holy name and join their glorious song:

53 Holy, Holy, Holy All (Sung):
Holy, holy, holy Lord. God of power, God of might: Heav’n and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Hosanna in the highest.

54 Words of Institution Pastor:
Our Lord Jesus Christ, on the night he was betrayed, took bread; and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

55 Words of Institution Pastor:
Then he took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for you for the forgiveness of sins. Do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

56 Pastor: The peace of the Lord be
with you always. All: Amen.

57 O Christ, Lamb of God All (Sung):
