16. Elections of Co-President This is a one-year term that overlaps with the remaining co-President by six months to facilitate a smooth transition. This also means that the incoming co-president gets to job shadow for a period of six months before taking the lead for the last half of their term. The co-Presidents work with the leadership team to design and run Chapter programs. They also maintain the relationship with the National Office staff and report on the achievements and overall health of the Chapter.
