5. Supplement Not Supplant The purpose of receiving Title I funds will be to supplement the programs we are already using here at HCMS. The Title I funds will be used to improve on existing programs. 6. Title I We at HCMS will have a comprehensive needs assessment of the entire school using data analysis of various areas including NCLB test data and TCAP test data. A school wide instructional intervention and strategy that supports our school improvement plan and school wide goals will be selected and implemented for the entire school. A committee of people from the community, parents, and teachers will help make these determinations.
