8 A typical day at PGL  07:00 Wake Up  08:00 Off to Breakfast which includes cereal, toast, yoghurts or cooked breakfast  09:15 First session- Rifle shooting  10:45 Drinks Break  11:00 Second session- Powerfan  12:30-14:00 Lunch and then a quick kickabout/chill out with your friends  14:15 Third session- Raft Building  15:45 Drinks Break  16:00 Fourth session- Zipwire  18:00 Dinner Time  19:30 Camp Fire  22:00 Bed Time and lights out!

9 Accommodation  Rooms of 6 sleeping in bunk beds  Each room has it’s own toilet and shower!  Children will need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow

10 Meal Times  3 nutritious, balanced meals per day  Self-service salad bar  Vegetarian option  Special diets catered for by prior arrangement  Sample menus available online: www.pgl.co.uk

11 Costs  The cost of the week is £250 (including an off site swimming trip)  All payments can be made using School Comms or by cheque via class teachers  Can be paid in instalments (which are outlined in the letter) or as a one off payment  Please send in £40 deposit by 6 th November
