3. + So what is Anaemia? Anemia is a lifestyle disease where people suffer from iron deficiency. In result to anemia is lack of oxygen running through the body.

4. + So how do I get anaemia? You get anemia from constantly eating foods that are not rich in iron such as red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, lentils, vegetables, nuts, seeds, wholegrain bread etc.

5. + So how do I prevent myself from getting Anaemia? To prevent yourself from anemia make sure you eat foods that are rich in iron. Check weekly that you are not experiencing any of the symptoms.

6. + What are the signs of Anaemic people? The signs of getting anemia are the things you and others around you can see. The signs are: PALE SKIN BECOMING IRRATATED EASILY COGNITIVE HEALTH
