1 Africa Africa is the world's second-largest and second most-populous continent, after Asia at about 30.2 million KM. It covers 6% of the earth’s total surface area with a billion people. It accounts for about 14.72% of the worlds human population. In Africa, there are many species of animals and the temperatures are very high.

2 Lion The lion is one of the four big cats in the genus Panthera and a member of the family Felidae. With some males exceeding 250 kg in weight and it’s the the second-largest living cat after the tiger. Wild lions currently exist in Sub-Saharan Africa and in Asia. Lions live for ten to fourteen years in the wild, while in captivity they can live longer than twenty years.

3 Tigers The tiger a member of the Fieldale family, is the largest of the four big cats in the genus Panthera. The tigers an apex predator and on obligate carnivore reaching up to 3.3 meters in total length, weighing up to 300 kilograms, and have canines up to 4 inches long.

4 Elephants Elephants are large land mammals in two genera of the family Elephantidae,Elephas and Loxodonta. Three species of elephants are living today: the African bush elephant, the African forest elephant and the Asian elephant. All other species and genera of Elephantidae are extinct. Elephants are the largest land animals now living. They typically live for 50 to 70 years, but the oldest recorded elephant lived for 82 years.

5 Gazelle A gazelle is any of many antelope species currently or formerly in the genus Gazella. Gazelles are known as swift animals-some are able to maintain speeds as high as 50 miles per hour, 80km/h for extended periods of time. Gazelles are mostly found in the deserts, grasslands and savannas of Africa, but they are also found in southwest and central Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.

6 Giraffe The giraffe is an African even-toed ungulate mammal, the tallest of all land-living animal species and the largest ruminant. The average mass for an adult male giraffe is 1,200 kilograms while the average mass for an adult female is 830 kilograms. It is approximately 4.3 meters to 5.2 meters tall, although the tallest male recorded stood almost 6 meters.
