2 Lord, you were condemned even though you were completely innocent. Please be with all people who are condemned or imprisoned unjustly.

4 Lord, you must have felt frightened as you started on your final journey. Give your help and strength to all who face death.

20 An execution was an opportunity for the soldiers to get their hands on the prisoner’s possessions. Help us not to exploit other people to get what we want.

22 Jesus, you forgave the people who hurt you so much. Help me to forgive people who hurt me.

24 Jesus, I know you took on yourself the pain and anguish of my sins. Help me not to hurt you again.

30 Lord, your resurrection gives us all hope, especially when someone we love has died. Help us to have faith in you.
