5. Why is this project unique and what makes it different from existing incubators? The key goal for this project is to implement the proven and effective Silicon Valley system of “growing” companies from idea to the IPO. Silicon Valley is the world hub for the high-tech companies and innovation. 22 high-tech companies that were included into Fortune 500 last year were located in Silicon Apple, Cisco, Oracle, Yahoo, Google, Hewlett Packard are among them 1/3 of all financial power of the United States is concentrated within the high-tech firms in Silicon Valley; Last year Silicon Valley companies generated income of $103.7 billion. $97.4 billion were paid out as dividends.
