4 Implementation – TA Visits Initial Compliance Monitoring Visits – Occurring in 2015 For all “new” 245D providers Purpose provide information on how to achieve and maintain compliance with the applicable law or rules 600+ visits will occur by the end of 2015 Each visit results in a licensing review report Recommendation for achieving and maintaining compliance Timelines Publically posted on LIL

5 Implementation – TA Visits During the 2015 TA Visits, DHS retained the authority to suspend or revoke a license issue a fine issue a correction order make a license conditional If the license holder failed to comply with applicable laws or rules under section 245A.06, based on the nature, chronicity, or severity of the violation of law or rule and the effect of the violation on the health, safety, or rights of persons served by the program.
