(BELI 1-4)  Introducing “Group B” – A new population of employees eligible for Core Benefits (BELI 4). Example: Students, Grad Student, employees paid under a flat rate amount arrangement such as BYA, SST or SSC.

51 51 Concepts used to determine benefits  The determination of continuing or loss of eligibility is based on a calculation of hours worked during a 12- month “look-back” measurement period.  Measurement periods are: – November 1 to October 31 for monthly paid employees – November 9 to November 7 for bi-weekly paid employees  First measurement period started November 2014.
