6. Students will learn: Chapter 4 Instructional Strategies How a bill is debated in Congress and the process that makes a bill. How to discuss both sides of an issue and come to a consensus with their peers even if it is not their personal opinion. How Republicans and Democrats think. How to state their arguments in an effective way and be able to support their arguments academically.
