Researcher’s level Much simpler and flexible procedures than FP (Thematic Priorities and Marie Curie) or COST Provide opportunities for young researchers that studied abroad to maintain links with their host laboratory in the other country

Policy level Targeted cooperation in fields of mutual interest (e.g. ESA, ‘Nestor’ project, Marine research, cultural heritage, etc.), often not covered by FP Opportunity for work on topics of wider EU interest (e.g. this workshop)
