2 Waycross Judicial Circuit Accountability Court Began in 2008 5 Georgia Counties covered are Bacon, Brantley, Coffee, Pierce, & Ware Counties Supported by blended funding from – CJCC Grant – DBHDD – Medicaid Billing

3 The Community Collaborative Originally the vision of Judge Michael Boggs, now led by Judge Dewayne Gillis Goal is to expand to include MH Accountability Court services in FY14 Leading community mental health provider in SE GA Serve 6500 unduplicated persons annually across 9 counties Full MH and SA continuum including crisis stabilization, detox and residential treatment services

4 Staffing Maximum program capacity is 120 participants FY12: Average monthly program census is 90 Staffing: – 4 Full-time clinical employees; all either CAC II providers or in process of becoming CAC II certified – 2 Full-time Lab Technicians – 1 Full-time Program Coordinator Fully CARF Accredited

5 Services Offered Services Provided within Accountability Court – Group Training – Individual Therapy – Community Individual Training & Family Training – Case Management Other Available Services Offered through Unison: – Nursing Services – Psychiatric Services – SA Residential and Detox – Supported Employment – Supported Living

8 FY13 Statistics GED SUCCESS – 15 currently enrolled – 4 completions DRUG FEE BABIES – 3, all healthy living with mother LICENSE RENEWED – 4 drivers license – 1 LPN License

9 Waycross Accountability Court: Making a Difference Michelle Pled in on July 2008, graduated July 2010 “Recovery has taught me to accept & take responsibility for my life” Joseph Pled in June 2012, working toward his 2014 graduation “Sobriety from Bottom to Top with thoroughness”
