3 Administration Platform Online testing – WPES will test Grade 4 online in all subjects 3

4 Testing Schedule JCMS 4 April Testing Calendar – – April 14, 2014 – ELA part 1 and 2 – April 16, 2015 – ELA part 3 – April 20, 2014 – Math part 1 and 2 – April 22, 2014 – Science part 1 and 2 – April 27, 2014 – Social Studies part 1 and This is a staggered schedule so we can test online grade 4 at WPES. We will have ongoing make up sessions

5 Cell Phone Policy Students are not permitted to use, or bring into the testing environment, any electronic device that could allow them to access, retain, or transmit information (e.g., cell phone, smartphone, PDA, electronic recording, camera, or playback device, etc.). 5

6 Cell Phone Policy Announcements must be made prior to testing that such devices are not allowed in the testing environment and that possession or improper use of such devices during testing may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the system’s student code of conduct and/or test invalidation. 6

7 Cell Phone Policy Districts and schools must have a plan to collect and secure such devices so that they are not accessible during testing. The use, or intended use, of an electronic device to photograph, post, retain, or share information/images from any portion of a secure test booklet and/or answer document will result in invalidation. 7
