2 Retention Committee Mission The mission of the LSU Retention Committee is to identify ways to increase student persistence to graduation. Working collaboratively across campus units, the committee seeks to ensure that institutional policies and practices support student success.

4 The Time for Action is Now! The 2010 LA GRAD (Granting Resources and Autonomy for Degrees) Act requires the University to "implement policies established by the institutions’ management board to achieve cohort graduation rate and graduation productivity goals that are consistent with institutional peers."
