6 Visualisation. Just a few issues we have explored. What about your individual thoughts & feelings? Have they changed? How have you developed? What’s your aspirations for the new year? Have you made progress in your studies? Have you ever identified your own needs/desires?

7 Visualisation. A SWOT Analysis is a useful tool to reflect on one’s progress and identify areas to work on – Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats

9 Visualisation. Useful tips when conducting a SWOT - Be realistic about the strengths and weaknesses of yourself when conducting SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis should distinguish between where you are now, and where you could be in the future. SWOT should always be specific. Avoid grey areas. Always apply SWOT in relation to your competition i.e. better than or worse than your competition. Keep your SWOT short and simple. Avoid complexity and over analysis SWOT is subjective.
