It was his first time there and he did not speak Chinese. In the evening he felt hungry and decided to go to a restaurant. Soon he found a small restaurant which he liked very much, because it was nice, with very clean table cloths and white napkins on the tables. The waiter did not understand English and so Mr Wilson tried to show with his hands that he was hungry and wanted something to eat. The waiter smiled, he understood. After some time he brought him some soup. It was exellent. Fifteen minutes later he brought him a plate full of small pieces of meat. Mr Wilson found it very good but he did not know what he was eating. He wanted to find out what kind of meat it was, “Perhaps, its goose or duck,” he thought.
