10 Measurable Goals 1. Expectations of the 3 golden rules for the whole school 2. Lower discipline referrals school wide 3. Promote a culture of collaboration for school/community

11 Teacher Leader Model Standards Domain IV: Facilitating Improvements in Instruction and Student Learning (a) Facilitates the collection, analysis, and use of classroom-and school –based data to identify opportunities to improve curriculum, instruction, assessment, school organization, and school culture;

12 Teacher Leader Model Standards Domain VI: Improving Outreach and Collaboration with Families and Community e) Collaborates with families, communities, and colleagues to develop comprehensive strategies to address the diverse educational needs of families and the community.

13 Implementation Share common vision with Principal/Staff 1. PBIS committee/Staff overview 2. Introduce rules and expectations school wide (Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe) 3. Set up school wide recognition and reward system 4. Set up parent meetings to introduce PBIS plan (quarterly) 5. Set up meetings with PBIS leadership/data monitoring (quarterly) 6. Reach out to community agencies 7. Follow up with survey for overall effectiveness of PBIS and overall school culture.
