Identify standards, practices, etc, needed, before pushing to other existing buildings. Discuss implications with CNAG, CTAG, etc

11. Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) Microsoft moving aggressively into voice communications Establishing OCS pilot project (March) Augment existing services, Nortel/Microsoft partnership OCS not (yet) a fully functioning corporate VoIP PBX.

12. McMaster Medical School UW contracted to provide all network services for McMaster Medical School. SLA developed Temporary facilities at 50 Queen up and running.
