4 4 Scoring Criteria: Key Priority Wastes/Innovative Projects (7)  Projects targeting key priority wastes  Projects that are ground breaking and/or have a unique approach to reusing.  Projects that transform how daily business is conducted or structured. 6 6 Evaluation Process: GAU conducts initial completeness review Panel of 3 staff review & evaluate applications Panel discuss scores Final scores are averaged and ranked Board considers agenda item

7 7 Options For The Board: Direct staff to issue a Notice of Funds Available (NOFA) in accordance with the recommended approaches discussed in this item … Direct staff to revise the eligibility and scoring criteria and evaluation process of applying funds; Direct staff to bring the item back to the Board for subsequent consideration.
